How long does it take to ship my vehicle?

Depending on the distance your car will arrive at the new location within 1 to 7 days. However, road, weather and traffic conditions can prolong the estimated delivery time.

How many days in advance do I need to call?

We suggest contacting us anywhere from two days to two weeks in advance. This will give us enough time to pick up your vehicle and ensure that you get the best possible quote. Feel free to call us anytime at 310-819-1671.

Is your service door to door?

Absolutely! We want to make this shipping as stress-free as possible for you, that’s why we will show up at your doors and deliver your vehicle to the doormat on the new location.

When do I need to pay for shipping?

USA Auto Transport needs to receive your payment before your vehicle shipping.

Methods of payment: We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Cash, Cashier's check. All payments are fully refundable up until the vehicle ships.

Can I leave my personal belongings in the car?

We strongly advise removing any of your belonging from your car as your items won’t be insured if they are missing or damaged.

Does someone have to be present for pick-up and delivery of a vehicle?

Someone have to be present at both pick-up and delivery to accept the vehicle, provide a spare set of keys, and sign the inspection report.

In case that you are not available, have a friend or relative to sign on your behalf.

How should I prepare my car for shipping?

Be it within a state or cross-country, your vehicle should be thoroughly prepared for the transportation.

Do you ship inoperable cars?

For an additional fee, we will transport your vehicle if inoperable. Nevertheless, your vehicle must have a working emergency brake, tires need to be inflated and steering needs to be operable.

How much gas should I leave in the tank?

There should be anywhere from ⅛ to ½ gas in your tank.

Are you licensed to ship vehicles?

We are fully licensed with a US DOT number, ICC MC number, and Cal T number.
